A Few Memories!
Educated, "drilled, dressed & disciplined" at the Duke of York's Royal Military School (DYRMS), Dover from 1955 - 1963 (i.e. we all had a full AF H 1157 at the age of 9! ... could strip, clean, assemble & fire a Bren Gun [the old .303 version of the LMG!] @ 10yrs of age although couldn't carry the b..... thing!!) 'Signed on' at Chatham ...
